Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All products returned for refund must be new, unused, and include all packaging for a full refund. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@expedusa.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All return requests must include proof of purchase and original order number. Once you have been issued a Return Authorization Number, instructions will be provided for returning the product to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping return items to EXPED USA. We recommend using a carrier that offers insurance, as EXPED USA is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Products returned for refund which do not meet our return standards may be denied or only receive a partial refund at the discretion of EXPED USA.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Only products purchased through ExpedUSA.com will be eligible for refund. Products purchased outside of ExpedUSA.com should be returned to the retailer from which they were purchased. Used gear & factory seconds are final sale and not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on closeout items, used gear, "seconds," gift cards, or items purchased via our Pro Purchase Program.

Exchanges
The best way to exchange your product for a different one is to return the item you have for a refund, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds generally post to accounts 48-72 hours from the time EXPED USA refunds your transaction. Please note some banks may take longer to post transactions.
