      Product Description

      Designed as an add-on pocket for the EXPED Lightning pack, Flash Pocket adds 8 liters of volume to any pack with points of attachment.

      Four elastic bands with attachment hooks connect Flash Pocket to anchor points along the sides of a pack (daisy chains, compression straps, webbing loops, etc.). A grasp loop at the top can be used as an anchor point at the top of the pocket if the pack has an over-the-top strap and hook (as found on Lightning). 

      The top is closed with a draw cord to keep items secure. Flash Pocket’s two sides present different fabrics to the environment: One side has a mesh panel to allow a wet item (like a jacket or tent fly) to dry as you travel and the opposite side is made with coated ripstop nylon for a degree of weather resistance.
