    Shipping & returns

    Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday (except holidays) within 2 business days. Orders placed during periods of high traffic volume (such as promotional windows) and during holiday office closures may require several additional days to process.

    EXPEDUSA.com ships to addresses in the United States, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories only. If shipping to a military or U.S. Territory address, please select USPS Priority Mail at checkout. 

    Orders shipping via UPS Ground will arrive in 8-10 days, UPS 2-Day in 4-6 days, and UPS Next Day Air in 2-3 days. USPS shipments may take 8-10 days for delivery. These shipping rates include order processing time.

    Eligible orders may be returned within 60 days. Sale, closeout, and used gear/seconds items are final sale and not eligible for return.

    Mat Cover is a lightweight yet robust cover for rectangular EXPED sleeping mats. Mat Cover is a convenient way to protect your backpacking mat from tears and abrasions while elevating your overall sleeping comfort.

    A convenient zipper makes the cover easy to take on and off, while side loops and toggles allow you to connect multiple sleeping mats together.

    Mat Cover accommodates sleeping pads up to 3.5 inches thick.
